Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 5 is a fan-made mod, not an official release from Bandai Namco. The mod builds on Storm 4 (the last official game) and adds characters, stages, and mechanics from Boruto. Gameplay — Same Great Storm Combat
The combat is the same as Storm 4 — 3D arena fighter with chakra dashes, substitution jutsus, and ultimate attacks. The fan mod adds new mechanics — Karma mode for Boruto and Kawaki, Isshiki mode for Jigen. The Team Ultimate system lets you perform three-character combos — Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki can chain attacks. The PSP port preserves the combat system, though the controls are simplified. The frame rate is solid during 1v1 matches but can drop during team battles. A controller is highly recommended.

Original characters — Naruto (base, Sage Mode, KCM, Six Paths), Sasuke (base, Hebi, Taka, Rinnegan), Sakura, Kakashi, Obito, Madara, Hashirama, Itachi, Pain, etc. Boruto characters — Boruto (base, Karma), Sarada, Mitsuki, Kawaki, Jigen, Delta, Boro, Code. The fan mod even adds unreleased characters like Isshiki and Baryon Mode Naruto. The movesets are faithful — Boruto's Rasengan, Sarada's Chidori, Kawaki's suction fist. Installation Guide
Here's exactly how to get Naruto Storm 5 running on PPSSPP:
Step 1: Download PPSSPP from the Google Play Store (free version works perfectly).
Step 2: Download the Naruto Storm 5 ISO using the button below (about 550MB).
Step 3: If it's a ZIP file, extract it using ZArchiver or any file manager.
Step 4: Open PPSSPP, tap "Games", and navigate to the folder containing the ISO.
Step 5: Tap the game to launch it.
Step 6: Go to Settings > Graphics. Set "Rendering Resolution" to 2x or 3x PSP for sharper visuals. Enable "Buffered Rendering" and "Hardware Transform".
