Warzone: Big Map Rotation, Hot Pursuit & Prop Hunt Royale
Warzone is undergoing a major shakeup with the introduction of big map rotation between Verdansk and Avalon in core Battle Royale. This marks the first time Warzone has supported multiple large-scale maps in a single playlist .
🌍 Map Rotation Details
Avalon, originally designed for Endgame mode, is now entering the standard Battle Royale rotation. The playlist swaps between Verdansk and Avalon every 10 minutes, giving players consistent access to both maps. Avalon is available exclusively in Quads at launch, though solo players can still drop in by disabling squad fill .
Verdansk has also received a major new POI—the Launch Facility—adding fresh strategic options to the fan-favorite map .
🚗 Hot Pursuit Mode
The headlining LTM for Warzone is Hot Pursuit, a vehicle-focused Police vs. Thieves mode set on Avalon with 100 players .
- Police team uses tactical vehicles like the JLTV and Light Heli to hunt down thieves.
- Thieves rely on speed and evasion with UTVs and Dirt Bikes.
- Uses Resurgence rules—teammates respawn as long as one squad member survives.
🎭 Prop Hunt Royale
The classic party mode makes its Warzone debut in a massive 24v24 format on Rebirth Island . Teams alternate between Props (hiding as objects) and Hunters (searching for disguised players). Decoys and Stun Grenades are available to Props; Hunters must rely on observation rather than explosives.
New Weapons & Equipment
The arsenal is expanding with two new weapons and new tactical equipment .

Events: RoboCop Crossover
Perhaps the most unexpected addition is a RoboCop-themed event coming during the mid-season . Players can earn a RoboCop operator skin and exclusive cosmetic items through an event pass, alongside themed content updates.
